The Cleveland Indians, an endearing assortment of oddballs who improbably won the division championship last season, have since lost their edge due to personal pursuits and the excesses of fame. Rick "Wild Thing" Vaughn (Charlie Sheen) does lucrative endorsements, but his killer fastball is gone, while once-aggressive slugger Pedro Cerrano (Dennis Haysbert) has become a laid-back Buddhist. But, as the players realize they've all gone astray, they rally for a shot at the World Series.

Jay H There are some laughs, but ultimately this sequel doesn't work. The Rick Vaughn storyline is insufferable. There are 4 editors listed in the opening credits. What does that tell you? Rated 1/5 Stars • Rated 1 out of 5 stars 07/12/24 Full Review Brooks M Not as good as Major League, but the cast returns and there’s some laughs. Wild Thing isn’t the same though 😔 Rated 3/5 Stars • Rated 3 out of 5 stars 05/04/24 Full Review Superfan J Loved it!!! Just as funny as the first. Must watch for sports fans. Rated 4/5 Stars • Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/14/24 Full Review simone c Non lho nemmeno visto, non mi da la possibilità di vederlo, poi l'applicazione se mi da altre applicazioni per vederlo a cosa serve questa applicazione, o forse sono io che voglio tutto facile e non la gestisco bene Rated 0.5/5 Stars • Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 09/10/23 Full Review Red T It's basically the first one but nothing better and pretty much pound for pound the exact same thing. The acting is just ok. It lacks any of the charm or chemistry mainly because they got rid of all the personality traits that made them who they are. The idea of development in this is by subtraction and just getting back. The humor gets a chuckle 20% of the time while the rest just falls flat. The new catcher isn't good and is just a dumb addition. The cinematography is isn't that good because it is almost shot for shot the same key moments and scenes from the first. On top of almost no gags getting a laugh. The music is ok. The editing isn't that good. I can't tell you who the main character is in this, unlike the first where it is clearly Jake. Things just sort of happen at times because its more concerned with hitting the key scenes from the first than telling a new story. The pacing is ok enough luckily because it hits the key points ok and just reminds you enough of the first that it keeps your interest. Honestly, I can't recommend this to anyone. Just watch the first and stick to that. Rated 2.5/5 Stars • Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 06/15/23 Full Review Read all reviews
